We do not warrant or represent, either expressly or impliedly, as to continuity of the website. We may suspend, terminate or alter access to some or all of the website, or its features, at any time and without notice.

We may use analytical tools (e.g. Wix Analytics, Google Analytics etc) to collect and analyse details about the use of our website, such as the beginning of your IP address, the pages you access on our site and the links clicked, the date and time of your visit, your referring site (if any), details about your operating system and web browser.
Such services make use of cookies (code that creates a record on your computer to track the pages that you view on our website). Your browser may allow you to refuse or turn of cookies if you desire. Turning them off will not affect your ability to use our site.
This data collected is available to us and our third-party contractors who administer and work with us on our website.

You can use this website without disclosing any personal information.
However, you may choose to disclose personal information to us (being the Weights Room Limited trading under the Exercise Studio and MOVE YOU brands) when you use our contact forms or sign up to a Program. This information can be viewed by our website administrators, certain members of our staff and sometimes third-party contractors who work on programs with us.
Don’t send us sensitive personal health information or include it in any contact forms, other than is stated. If you have any questions about this, please call us on 04 939 6088.

If you provide us personal information. It is held by us. It may be shared with third-party contractors to the extent necessary for them to administer our website or to work with us on our Programs.

We will only use personal information provided to us for the purposes of:

Your health information during the Program
During the Program, we will collect some of your health information (including your HBA1c results, blood sugar levels, blood pressure, weight, and submaximal VO2). We will collect this information directly from you where possible, or from your GP.
Your health information is being collected for the purposes of tracking your body’s response to changing your lifestyle, and understanding and adapting the efficacy of the Program. It will be seen by us, our Program providers, or where you consent to other disclosure.
Also, we may use or disclose this information other medical professionals where we feel that it may prevent or lessen a serious risk to your life or health.
We will take reasonable steps to keep your health information secure.
At the end of the Program, we may anonymise your health information to provide statistical information about the Program. This anonymised information may be retained indefinitely for the purpose of conducting or evaluating the Program.
At any time, you have the right to access your personal health information that we hold and to ask that it be corrected.
